Las Colinas Medical Center Named "Official Hospital Provider for the Dallas Athletes." Through this affiliation, here are few of the added value offerings for the Dallas Athlete membership:
- “Ask a Doc”- Orthopedic Surgeon, former track runner with Duke University and new Dallas Athlete member, Dr. Stephanie Stephens will be available via link from our website for all orthopedic related questions. She can also be reached via her website, http://www.eliteortholascolinas.com/. Due to her experience as a runner coupled with her intense training in Orthopedics, I am excited about the value she can provide to our athletes. I cannot tell you how many times I, “Dr.” Tom Ryan of course, have been asked about how to treat various ailments or have been requested to provide a physician recommendation. Well, now I have the prescription-Dr. Stephanie Stephens!!
- “Talk with Tom”- Step aside Oprah, there’s a new show in town. On a monthly basis I will complete a videocast with Dr. Stephens regarding popular injuries and injury prevention common in triathletes. I am looking for requests from the membership as to what topics you would like to cover most! A link to the videocast will be emailed monthly and will be hosted on our DA website, Dr. Stephens’ clinic website, www.eliteortholascolinas.com, and Las Colinas Medical Center website.
